At Grind, we want you to love every brew; if you are not entirely satisfied with your coffee or equipment, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, coffee beans and grounds must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals on food products remain intact and equipment is well-protected.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
